Santa Fe Center for Photography

The Santa Fe Center for Photography (SFCP) is a nonprofit organization that honors, supports and provides opportunity for gifted and committed photographers. Their programs bring exposure to worthy photographic projects and series, and create fellowship among photographers and influential members of the photographic community.

We do everything we can to support them in their efforts. Having re-designed their site 5 years ago, we have since created a complex lottery system to run their annual Review Santa Fe event. The system allows 100 photographers to prioritize all 50 of the reviewers who might look at their work. The software then distributes appointments automatically based on the photographers preferences. In the end, it creates a full schedule of 1,200 appointments, in a matter of seconds.
